Prefab concrete elements used as finishing borders of resin, mineral and concrete floors surface-hardened with corundum.
Such elements not only enhance aesthetics but also provide advantageous practical aspects of industrial floors. They are a perfect alternative to epoxy coatings used for skirting profiling.
In case of epoxy-profiled skirtings a common fault is frequently made during performance: connection of two surfaces that move independently: the horizontal surface - floor, and the vertical surface - wall.
In case of such connections skirtings made of resins or related coatings break during movement of the surfaces. During another stage form chips and gaps which are impossible to fill so as to produce an invisible final effect.
Applying the prefab skirtings, the elements are permanently fixed to the floor only and the joint between the wall and the upper edge of the skirting border is made of highly elastic filler (eg. acrylic, silicone of any colour) which also enhances the finish appearance.
During movement of the connected surfaces the solution prevents breaking of the skirting borders.
There may only appear delamination of the filler which is easy and cheap to replace.
The products have a very attractive price-quality ratio. They produce a monolithic connection of floors with the walls.
The products are certified by the National Health Institute and are protected by patent no. 001716259 issued by the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market in EU.
